Called inquiring about a purchase of a product and was given extremely polite customer service and helpful feedback! If you are in the Merivale area I highly recommend Swap N Shop. They care about their customers and offer honest advice. Made for an easy and friendly conversation and experience. Thank you.

Went to Swap N Shop to check out their video game selection and I was pleasantly surprised at how many games they had on offer. And the prices are more than fair. The shop is very clean and well organized and the staff were so welcoming, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful.

So I went into Howard’s on carling a few days ago. I was greeted by Shawn (owner) very pleasant to say the least. I was in a pinch and needed help with bills I was falling behind with. We valued my tools and I got a very fair deal. I was very nervous from the get go as I’ve never been in this position to have to pawn items before, as I am always in there buying quality tools and very affordable jewelry. Shawn walked me through everything very thoroughly and without leaving any detail aside. I will be a forever customer of Howard’s pawnshop. There’s no wonder they’ve been in business for 27+ years. Thank you Shawn and all your staff for making sure myself and I’m sure thousands of customers are happy and have somewhere to turn when they are down and out. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the services they offer. They have really nice things at very reasonable price. Also they do not cheap out in you like most other pawn shops do and they will give toy a very fair price on an item that you want to sell. I would highly recommend these guys.
