He ALWAYS goes above and beyond for customers to make sure all your issues are addressed before you leave & feel cared for once you drop your vehicle off. Very pleased with the work done yesterday. Had an unexpected issue with my transmission. Needed a valve body, but service was able to get sign off from Chrysler to drop a new transmission in as I expressed my concern of just doing what could have been a temp fix and I'm nearing end of warranty. Just got my 2024 Telluride very recently with them. I can't say for now how reliable this car will be but I'm optimistic with this product. Nobody will know how great and reliable a car will be unless somebody will try it, can't make a line without starting from a Dot "." . Highly recommended dealership. Had a great experience with there staffs especially F "Ryan" Salem and Navid the F.M., straight and direct to the point, no forceful sales or not to the point that they'll let you feel that you can't say No to whatever kind of offers they have. Unlike some places that adds too much stuffs and are really forceful with there matching flowering words just to rack up sales. The place feels homey too maybe because they got young staffs that could relate where there customers are coming from. Very accommodating and very helpful. Other people may have different opinions and experience to them but with regards to mine, I'll rate both Ryan and Navid 20/10.

I picked up my first kia on Monday. Customer service is good. Despite being very busy made sure to stop for other customers to let them know they were working as fast as they could. Abdul was the car salesman and Navid was my finance manager I had the pleasure to work with. had. They did what they could to get me the car I wanted and as fast as possible. They were friendly despite the stress of the day. Thank you both for great customer service and for helping me getting into my first Kia! I even got a check up call from Abdul to address any concerns and just to make sure I was happy.
