Lived here 6 years. Great place. We had million dollar view overlooking Ottawa River. To have this view pick 7th floor or higher. Never had an issue they did not solve within couple of days. Fridge broke down after hours one night. They replaced one hour later. Great place for seniors, we miss it. Hi to the staff.

I live in those appartments for more than 6 years. Pets are welcome here,even though I don't have any. I had my sink blocked and Josh ,the person, who is responsible for maintenance...he came, did excellent job and on top he asked me,if I needed anything else...he worked very hard and was happy to help. Thank you.

My experience with CLV has been above and beyond my expectations. From the beginning of our search for the perfect apartment, Chanel was absolutely AMAZING and took us under her wing. She was so attentive and walked me through everything with such professionalism. I can't express my gratitude enough for our experience with her. Moving forward, our experience in the building itself has been wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and quick responses to any of our needs or questions. A great experience for a first time apartment building resident/renter.
