Great place to live, amazing maintenance staff (place is spotless), concerns are taken seriously, and the administrative staff are friendly. I love my apartment and having extra external storage at no extra cost is lovely. My only real issue is the fact that parking costs $175/month.

I have enjoyed living here for over a year now. The administration has been friendly and helpful. Email and repair requests are responded to quickly. The building is well maintained, including hallways.

Very nice suites for rent, several of which have a superb view. The maintenance is very well done and the service is excellent. The way in which wardrobes and doors are installed in the apartments is not always optimal, but we forgive them the small defects by the general quality of the accommodation rented there.
