What a wonderful person. Wray was very helpful and knowledgeable. He educated me in a really patient way, he fixed the problem quicky, his price was very reasonable and his demeanor was pleasant. Very thankful.

Wray repaired our Whirlpool dryer today. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable - all that you could ask for when dealing with someone in his business. We will be letting our friends know about our very positive experience and suggesting they call him for any appliance issues.

So far so good. Guy came on time and was able to detect the problem-a part need for this European washer-a specialty appliance for my RV. Part will take 3 weeks to arrive so will wait for the final test.

Very pleased with this appliance repair company. They were quick to schedule the repair of my washing machine. Joey was delightful, efficient, trustworthy and respectful and quickly found the problem. He had to order a part and after it was received he promptly came back to install it and do a test run before leaving. Would recommend. - Margo

FIVE+++ stars from me. I can’t say enough good things about Brothers Appliance. Prompt, knowledgeable and polite. I immediately felt I could trust this person/company to look after me. We arrived home from a vacation to find that our fridge was not cooling. The freezer contents were still viable so we think the fridge stopped working about 1 day before we got home. Obviously we need it repaired as soon as possible. We are retired and most of the repair people we have used for years have also retired. I saw Brother’s Appliance on line and called. The call was picked up immediately and Ryan was able to take a look at our fridge that day. He came in the morning, assessed the problem and came back with the part at the end of the day. Total life saver…I will be recommending him and using his company from now on.

I called for a service request, they were able to attend the same day and the owner came within the timeframe he said he would. He was able to repair my dryer on site and for an extremely fair price.
