I recently had Brilliant Brothers clean my gutters, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. They were super professional, very thorough, and did an excellent job. They called before arriving, and after the job was done, they called to ask for feedback. Their professionalism and friendliness were outstanding. They were really punctual, and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

Seth and Brendan did an excellent job removing the moss from my roof and cleaning my gutters. I especially loved that they left my property cleaner than how they found it! Communication with Brilliant Brothers was great, the price was very reasonable and they went the extra mile to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend this company.

This was the first time I had used Brilliant Brothers for window and roof cleaning. The two young men who came were thorough and efficient in their work and very professional and pleasant to deal with. While on the roof they pointed out (with a photograph) that there was a build up of moss in one corner. I asked them to clear it (although this wasn't part of the original order) and was very pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

Great company to deal with. Had them do our gutters plus guards as well as seasonal cleanouts. The guys cleaning out our gutters always go above and beyond in terms of making sure our deck and everything below the gutter is swept and cleaned when they are done. Arlene in the office is a gem as well super friendly and helpful with communication and scheduling. All of this done at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Friendly Giant has been cleaning my windows for a number of years. They do a great job and my windows sparkle when they are finished. They come when they say they are going to come and work hard when they get here. All the staff are knowledgable and friendly including the office staff. I highly recommend this local Victoria business.

This company responded quickly to my request for window & gutter cleaning. I was provided a quote and date for service. The company arrived on time, did an excellent job and stuck to their quote. The person doing the work was very pleasant and skilled.

I initially wrote a review with a low rating, because I felt that a poor job had been done on my roof. After discussions with the owner, Robin, a team came out today and finished the job. Robin came out and was able to acknowledge my concerns and helped complete the job. For this I change my rating to five stars and I give the owner Robin 10 stars.

Highly recommend Shack Shine and their services that they offer. Within a few hours, our house is all decorated professionally for the holidays. The staff come with elf hats and are on time and so friendly! From start to finish, the process is easy and customer service is top-notch! They did a great job on our windows as well!! Thank you Shack Shine!

Morgan and Dustin did an incredible job. We had a surface that we were concerned could be damaged from power washing and Dustin did a test patch before proceeding. Our patio looks brand new again! We highly recommend Shack Shine and look forward to hiring them again.
