The complete experience starting with the sales person Mike Hipwell and the installation crew Rayce, Smitty and Mitch was very pleasant. They all we were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that we had. They were on time and the installation went very smoothly. We have referred your company to friends of ours already and hope they choose you too! Thank you to all.

I just had a HVAC service call by a technician named Rylan. Great guy, very friendly, and good at his job. I'm a very happy camper. Also thanks to Brenna, in the main office, for kindly setting up today's appointment! Edit as of June 2024: I just had a senior technician by the name of TYLER come by today to correct a problem with some piping. A+ knowledge and service, Tyler! You corrected the problem beautifully and you are so knowledgeable and friendly. I'm so happy!

Mitch C. did an outstanding job today of performing our annual maintenance check on our Samsung HVAC system. He was punctual, courtesy, personable, meticulous, and answered all our questions. First appointment I had to cancel next one week later had rep explain various a/c options. Decided on unit and 2 days later installed perfectly. Great company great product great great crew. Big 5 stars.

Doug was amazing. He was friendly and informative (we ask a lot of questions), and very thorough. He made sure there were details and notes about our system for the next technician.

Chevy was courteous, professional and well organized. He completed the task quickly and did not leave a mess. We are very pleased with the Comfort Group.

The experience was great. The techs were courteous and professional, the job was well done and the office staff made an effort to find an appointment that worked for me.
