SENTINEL STORAGE VICTORIA REVIEWS

Sentinel and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Sherry is professional, customer oriented, informative and helpful. Dealing with Sentinel was a great experience and I would highly recommend their storage locker service and in particular the staff at the quadra Street location without hesitation.

I was recently informed that the location I use was eliminating their outdoor container units. So I had to move into the main facility. However the indoor unit was larger, cheaper, and is air conditioned. The manager was really great to work with and everything went smoothly.

Really impressed. The site was clean, dry and heated. Access was easy and ending the contract was easy and no hassle. Kudos to Sherri for her assistance and clear explanations. Would definitely use them again.

I'm telling you, if you need storage this is the place you want to go. Donna, Bruce Mikaela, and Matt are a pleasure to deal with. They are extremely friendly, professional, and organized. The facility is very clean and well kept, with competitive rates. Located in View Royal with easy access in and out for our big moving trucks. We are at this location almost every day, and have never had any issues. Also we personally have been storing our items here since they opened. Being in the moving industry I get asked a lot of where is the best place for storage, my recommendation is West Shore U-Lock. But I leave that decision up to our clients as it depends on where they want to store their items.

Awesome experience! Very friendly and professional staff. It was my first time renting a uhaul from here and I will happily do so again. Highly recommend the Westshore U-Lock Team for all your moving and storage needs.

Very professional, but also personable and friendly, facility. I highly recommend this service. We have done business here for years and would happily do so again if or when necessity demanded. Thanks for everything.

Fantastic experience with the storage room over the year and a half I was with them. I opted as a UVic student storing belongings in between semesters and while on exchange to make the initial drive to Langford for their storage services for the following reasons: (1) The customer service was far superior to any Victoria-based options I explored, (2) the facility was cleaner and remained clean every time I went to the facility, (3) this facility is new and is much more secure than other options, and (4) prices were fair, and as a student I received a small discount. Bonus points because the loading bay makes it super easy to unload a vehicle or truck and their rolling trolleys are a godsend! Would 100% recommend!.

Had a great experience at The Storage Room in Langford. Laurie was fantastic — friendly, patient, and walked me through the unit sizes and pricing without any pressure. She answered all my questions and made the whole process quick and easy. The facility is clean, secure, and well kept. If you’re looking for storage in the West Shore, ask for Laurie. Highly recommend!.

We kept our boat here for the summer. Easy in and out as well great customer service. I highly recommend.
