SENTINEL STORAGE VICTORIA REVIEWS

Sentinel and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Sherry is professional, customer oriented, informative and helpful. Dealing with Sentinel was a great experience and I would highly recommend their storage locker service and in particular the staff at the quadra Street location without hesitation.

I was recently informed that the location I use was eliminating their outdoor container units. So I had to move into the main facility. However the indoor unit was larger, cheaper, and is air conditioned. The manager was really great to work with and everything went smoothly.

Really impressed. The site was clean, dry and heated. Access was easy and ending the contract was easy and no hassle. Kudos to Sherri for her assistance and clear explanations. Would definitely use them again.

I'm telling you, if you need storage this is the place you want to go. Donna, Bruce Mikaela, and Matt are a pleasure to deal with. They are extremely friendly, professional, and organized. The facility is very clean and well kept, with competitive rates. Located in View Royal with easy access in and out for our big moving trucks. We are at this location almost every day, and have never had any issues. Also we personally have been storing our items here since they opened. Being in the moving industry I get asked a lot of where is the best place for storage, my recommendation is West Shore U-Lock. But I leave that decision up to our clients as it depends on where they want to store their items.

Awesome experience! Very friendly and professional staff. It was my first time renting a uhaul from here and I will happily do so again. Highly recommend the Westshore U-Lock Team for all your moving and storage needs.

Very professional, but also personable and friendly, facility. I highly recommend this service. We have done business here for years and would happily do so again if or when necessity demanded. Thanks for everything.

U-PAK MOBILE STORAGE VICTORIA REVIEWS

I had two different pods at different intervals and arranging them for drop off and pick up was super easy. Staff on the phone were always helpful and extremely pleasant. I also had to access one while in storage and it was seamless. The people delivering the pods were friendly and professional and did such a great job maneuvering them in and out of a tight space. All my belongings inside the pods arrived safely. Thank you so much, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business.

The service at the Viewfield Rd location in Victoria is stellar. From initial drop off for loading to the final pickup once I’d emptied my unit ( + many locker visits in between - the office staff, warehousemen & drivers were always courteous & professional.

The locker was delivered at a convenient time and the driver placed the locker exactly where I needed it. He took the time to level the locker so the doors operated easily. Very happy.
