WESTSHORE TOWING LTD. REVIEWS

I wanted to start by thanking your entire coming for it’s overwhelming action taken yesterday on Highway 1. I was stuck on the side of the road as many others were, I was able to watch the incredible service of your company while waiting for my turn, not only were your drivers towing people but they were physically going out of there way to push stuck cars as needed, helping people and the flow of traffic behind them. I was communicated with very well as I waited, which was not very long considering the line up of cars needing to cleared. I honestly can say it wasn’t a fun situation for anyone but the fact your company made me a priority picked my car up with another truck was incredible and meant a lot. The service I received when my car was taken to my home was absolute above and beyond. I want to thank Cam the driver for the exceptional job you do. You went the extra mile, which you didn’t have to do. Your number one priority was my safety and all drivers safety which your company displayed last night.

Much thanks to your driver who towed my son in laws truck . He did a great job and took good care of my daughter and my grand daughters til I got there, As typically they were on their way to my parents place on the hat to repair it and it broke down in the worst part right before Aspen Rd. You have some great guys working for you. Thought you would like a nice story for your weekend.

I was feeling a little frantic the other day as I left my car lights on all day at work and my battery quit on me. Westshore Towing arrived within five minutes and got me on my way in no time! Thanks for your efficient and excellent service!.

TOTEM TOWING REVIEWS

Battery unexpectedly died on our Audi. Called Totem and had a delightful chat with the woman who answered. Made arrangements to meet up with Brian from Totem to get the battery boosted. As it turned out, the car groaned to life without boosting. Brian offered all sorts of useful and helpful advice. He was absolutely the best. Thanks Brian. Thanks Totem.

Service was friendly and extremely fast. Just excellent. But being provided with A *TIPPING* OPTION when I went to pay is the final sign that tipping is absolutely broken. Maybe we should abolish it in favour of good wages everywhere.

Great experience with this tow company. I broke down in a busy part of Victoria and I was seen to very fast with great service. Carly (if I remember right) was great and efficient and I appreciated her conversation as it was my first time breaking down. Thanks so much!.

JUST IN TIME TOWING & BINS REVIEWS

Great Experience. Called and was able to be serviced on the same day. Driver was early, punctual and a pretty funny guy. He was very helpful with moving the car, and was FANTASTIC with maneuvering his truck and getting my non-running car to exactly where I wanted it to be in the driveway. Was surprised with the total, as was a great deal! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a tow!.

I received excellent service from these guys. I booked an appointment to have my car towed to a shop and they showed up a few minutes early and got my car to shop very quickly. The rate was cheap too, only costing me 80 bucks. Kyle was the man who towed me and he was a very kind and friendly guy to deal with!.

My partner just had his car towed and the experience was very quick. The gentleman was very kind and respectful. Couldn’t have gone any better! Thank you so much!!!.
