Sunny and Yogi went above and beyond. My S21 ultra screen died and needed to be replaced. They both were honest and transparent with the best course of action to fix my phone. Being a samsung certified repair facility along with the amazing reviews was worth every penny. I will be forever returning to these two for any future needs.

Amazing experience and Sunny provided top notch customer service. I smashed the screen on my S22 Ultra and brought it in on a Sunday afternoon. Sunny had it fixed up in an hour. No Hassel, straight answers, no price surprises. Definitely the place to get your phone fixed. Samsung ticket opened and closed seen via my Samsung account so these are fully authorized repairs. Thanks guys.

I was I'mpressed by all staff's professional comportment while addressing personally upsetting issues with Apple products but particularly this last one, a shattered/bleeding screen problem; yes it was expensive to have fixed but Fazal's reassurance and timely repair made it almost bearable while the bank account was weeping .... thank you Fazal

Hi,I had an problem with my I phone charging socket Mr.Fazal there technician was on shift at that time and he did great job with minimum time and very reasonable price.Fazal will be the one of the biggest reason that I will suggest everyone to go and see him in case you have some technical issues in your phone he is a master in his art.

My charging port was intermittent and they were able to get it replaced for cheap and with only ab hour of downtine for my phone.

They reply professionally and promptly to online inquiries and arranged for a replacement screen to repair my cracked older-Model Samsung. There was a delay in the shipping of the replacement screen and I was kept up to date all along. Sree arranged for a c onvenient time for the repair with me, and it was done in under an hour. He inspected the repair carefully, and ensured I knew about the warranty they offer on the repair. HIGHLY recommend.

I highly recommend Dr Fix Phone! Fast, efficient and really on-the-hand repair - everything was covered in 15-20 minutes. Nice, professional service, everything clearly explained, no lies. Prices are surprisingly very reasonable, I would even say the best in town .You can see that they know what they are doing, and they do it properly. If something happens to your phone, it's definitely worth going there.

Bought two phones and both were excellent. Had a screen replaced protector installed in under 30 mins. Very personable and friendly stuff. Will go back and buy more accessories.
