Just an excellent company with some of the best service anywhere. I have been using Bullet Security out of Victoria for many years. The equipment is excellent with very few issues. Whenever we need advice or service it is almost immediate response. Cam is the service fellow that has always looked after our account and he is one of the absolute best. . Always responds whether holidays or not and very quickly and always solve any of the very few issues over the last 7-8 years. Highly recommend this company.

Ming and Miguel completed an absolute perfect installation of cameras on our home. 80% of the wire needed to be hidden and I can’t see any of it. They were more than willing to help out after showing me the ins and outs of the app and installation of the program on my Mac computer, which was a huge help. Super nice guys too five stars all around!

I can’t say enough about the service and response back from Bullet Security, Cameron replies within a day and this call out to readjust the door closers was Parker. He arrived when he said he would and was quick to find issue and readjust the spacing of door, to be more secure. Thanks again.

We hired Sam and Luke to add a Control 4 system into our house and right from the beginning we found them to be extremely professional and very thorough. From helping us with the design of the system to the quote and then through the installation and adding of peripheral systems they were great and provided very helpful advice along the way. It has been fantastic to be able to control lighting, window coverings, sound system, and security from one simple and easy to use app. We would highly recommend Sam and Luke to anyone who is looking for help with bringing their home or office up to the very latest in technology.

We cannot say enough good things about Wired Up. We had a great experience working with them on our new home construction. They listened to how we wanted to use our home and came up with the best solution for full home audio, lighting, video and security integration. The thing that really impressed us was how they made sure we got not only what we wanted but more importantly what we needed. I say this because there were a few things that I suggested in regards to product integration, and right away they let us know they were not necessary and that we could achieve the same result by going another way and we would save money doing so. This level of integrity and honesty feels very rare these days and finding a team that does not try to upsell you is very refreshing. Our experience with them was great and we would highly recommend them.

Wired up is second to none. Sam and Luc set up a smart home with wireless, 8 zones of music, security, cameras, keyless entry, theater, lighting control along with all communications for our home, with multiple tv and wired ethernet locations. Not only did they pull it off in an amazingly short time it was on budget and on time. Very professional the whole way through. Thanks guys!
