“2026 Highlights: Oak Bay Cleaning co inc is a sister-owned residential and commercial cleaning company serving Greater Victoria, BC. Founded on the belief that who cleans your home matters as much as how it gets cleaned, Oak Bay Clean has built a team and a reputation that homeowners across Victoria trust completely. With 18 professional cleaners, thousands of homes cleaned, and five years in operation, the company has become one of the most decorated cleaning services in the region. A hiring standard most companies won't attempt. Fewer than 10% of applicants make it onto the team. If any visit falls short, clients notify Oak Bay Clean within 24 hours, and the team returns within 7 days for a complimentary re-clean, no questions asked. Every cleaner carries $2 million in general liability insurance. In five years and thousands of cleans, not a single claim has ever been filed. Oak Bay Cleaning co inc is award-winning for three years running. Clients book weekly, biweekly, or monthly service and can pause or stop anytime. Clients get an exact quote in seconds, with no phone calls and no surprises on the invoice.”

Answer from Oak Bay Cleaning co inc
  • Our cleaners are experienced professionals who bring their own methods, supplies, and equipment. Every clean covers the checklist for the service booked (Standard Clean, First Time Clean, or Move In/Out Clean), and the full checklists are on our website.
  • We use eco-friendly products whenever a client asks and note it on their file. New clients whose home hasn't been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days start with a First Time Clean, which adds door frames, baseboards, window sills, and wiping down furniture and under it. Every visit after that is a Standard Clean.

    KYLA KLEANING & CONTRACTING REVIEWS

The cleaner named Vanessa does a wonderful job. English is not her first language and my spanish is very poor but she does a fantastic job with google translate to assist if we're having any challenges communicating. I appreciate that Kyla Kleaning employs people who I assume are newer to Canada.

I am very pleased with Kyla Kleaning. Communication with the company has been timely and effective. We were matched with a housekeeper who is pleasant and hard-working. She left the apartment pristine.

We had a cleaning done by Mariana and she did a wonderful job. We have two kids and lots of toys and not only did she clean everything nicely, she also organized all of the toys. Allison is very effective with communicating quickly.

OAK BAY CLEANING CO INC REVIEWS

I just had my first cleaning with Hailey and it went great! I felt immediately comfortable with her, and so did my dogs. The house is so fresh and clean, laundry's done, I can breathe easier again! Thank you Hailey, I'm so grateful you went above and beyond to check off my whole cleaning wish list and more. Looking forward to subsequent weekly cleans so all of my household gets organized and spotless.

Would highly recommend this company! I've had so many cleaners cancel on me, or not do a good job. Josh was amazing and we will definitely be having him back to clean. So glad we found Oak Bay Clean. As someone who runs two businesses, has had over a dozen cleaners, and once upon a time in my youth was a cleaner myself, I'd highly recommend them.

We have been using Oak Bay Clean for a few years and have loved working with them. They do a great job of cleaning, are quick to respond, very kind, and are all around helpful with little jobs I have asked for help with. Services offered include concierge service where they have stocked the fridge or pantry ahead of us getting home after being away. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

    MERRY MAIDS OF VICTORIA REVIEWS

Julie does a fantastic job every time she cleans and she puts up with my three cats, probably hassling her every step of the way! She's very thorough and always leave the sparkling ! I love that. I got a reminder text the day before, and they are always on time and do a very thorough job.

We have always had exceptional service from Merry Maids! They have great communication, professionalism and attention to the details in their cleans. We appreciate the kind interactions we’ve always had and continue to look forward to having them clean our home.

Hands down the best cleaners in Victoria! Our house is sparkling. Katie surpassed our expectations. She didn't miss a thing. We loved all the care and attention she put into our home. Thank you for making our lives easier.
