We had BC Underground replace our aging septic system. Our lot is quite tricky with challenging soil conditions and limited access, but Marek and team were flexible and creative to get us a system that will last this house another 40 years. Marek was great at keeping us updated on the work's progress and answered all of our questions to keep us well informed. My only suggestion would be, if you have any plants and bushes that you are concerned about, take care to move them prior to the work starting. It was surprising for us how extensive the 'work site' became and we lost some mature trees and bushes that we'd love to have kept.

We recently had our 45 year old septic system assessed, and (no surprise) subsequently redesigned and replaced by Marek with BC Underground. What could have been a very stressful and disruptive process was smooth and dare I say, enjoyable. Marek talked us through each step, was infinitely patient with our questions, showed up when he said he would, did exactly what he said he would, and was a great conversationalist with a terrific sense of humour to boot. His excavator partner, Kevin, was equally as hard working, dependable and pleasant to interact with. Full marks for a job well done!

I had BC Underground inspect the septic system of a place I was looking to buy (and eventually did buy). Marek was incredibly informative (if not a little intimidating) and you can tell he is very professional and passionate about what he does. I feel very comfortable with the level of expertise that went in to evaluating my system. I would use BC Underground again without reservation for any future septic needs.

Initial Contact and Visit Office communication with Kristen was exceptional. 2 Techs arrived on time answered all our questions got right to doing assessment. Engineer reviewed system with us in person and will follow up with a written report. Great team.

I used Earthservice Drainmaster Inc. for septic system repair services and highly recommend them to others. Pricing was fair and transparent. Staff were friendly and clearly knowledgeable. Approach to repairs was logical. I will be using them moving forward for all of my septic system needs.

I called this company in a pinch to get our septic tank pumped out on our barge, I needed next day service even though they were fully booked. Earthservice ended up giving my company what we needed and they were very nice over the phone. I definitely recommend! Thanks guys!

I had a new septic system installed by SP pump and Tank. It was professionally done for a very fair price. The finished product looks fantastic. Brian took care of us while we were waiting by coming back to the house and pumping the tank out a second time. Blake did a great job of all the plumbing and took the time to explain the system and all of its simple maintenance Thanks to Blake and Brian and the team for a job well done I would recommend these guys for any of your septic needs

Brian, owner of SP Pump and Tanks returned our calls promptly. He showed up as scheduled and had the right equipment for the job. He pumped out our septic tank and made suggestions. These were fixed by him. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced for the work he did. I would highly recommend his business to others.

Called Brian on a Saturday morning and he sent Dave out to pump our septic tank a few hours later. Dave was extremely helpful, pumped our tank and helped me make sure the toilets were flushing properly again and that our issue was solved. These guys are awesome! Highly recommended!
