Excellent customer experience from booking appointment through to job completion. Technician Chris is efficient, effective and friendly. ON TIME! UNDER (my) BUDGET. 2015 was my first Old Isl Pest Control household pest control issue. Excellent then, excellent now. I highly recommend this company.

We recently moved into an old house in Fairfield that had several rats living in the basement. I was so concerned that we would not be able to get rid of them. Johnny from PSI and his crew came and were able to find all the little areas the rats were getting in. Johnny plugged the holes and we are rat free!! Not only did they get rid of the rats they cleaned the entire basement! I would highly recommend PSI. So professional and real experts at their jobs! Thanks again Johnny for all your hard work!

Our family has been using PSI for many, many years!. We live near the ocean, so seem to go through waves and seasons of rodent infestations! As well this year, we had ants and wasps very coast to our home and patio! We are satisfied repeat customers. My tenants arrived with silverfish in their storage boxes & Orkin helped me identify the bugs & suggested sticky traps which they provided. Last summer with drought like conditions, we started to notice ants so I called Orkin again. A technician was sent out to evaluate the house and conditions and recommended an annual exterior spray which was applied. The technician was knowledgeable and the treatment effective. I called Orkin again this spring for annual service and will continue to use them for all my pest control needs.

Ben was knowledgeable about rodent pests. He didn't hesitate to pitch in and help clear away clutter where the rodents were hiding. He didn't give up looking until he found the entry point and sealed it up. He was efficient and effective. I would highly recommend Orkin for pest control jobs. And incidenly, Orkin is much less expensive than their competitors.

Aaron (technician) is really the reason for our 5-star rating. After quickly solving one issue for us (spiders), we continue to contact him for preventative work. Aaron is responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He even jumped into to help out some young landscapers who were working at the same time and hit a wasp nest. Great service!
