I cannot express in a words how impressed and taken back by the amazing service and workmanship I received at Craftsman Collision. Greg the manager was kind, considerate, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. Craftsman Collision is the #1 auto repair shop in Kamloops.

I phoned Craftmans Collision after I contacted ICBC and was asked to come down the same day. Greg booked my appointment and when I took my car in a rental car was waiting for me. When I picked up my car two days later it was washed and cleaned inside and out from the winter grime and dirt. There was a special detail that was very important to me and he made it happen. The work and customer service was above and beyond my expectations! I don’t think he knew how much this meant to me......thanks again.

Very good place. Very friendly. Truck was fixed in a reasonable amount of time . Went and picked up our truck and it was sparkling clean inside and out. Highly recommend.
