I had a great experience at this clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone with foot issues. Dr. Teav is professional, pleasant, and competent. He helped me with extremely painful ingrown toenails, the result of a pedicure gone wrong. The receptionist Emily is warm, friendly, and so helpful. They were able to offer me an appointment within a few days of contacting them, compared to other places that had waitlists of weeks or months. I felt very well taken care of from the first contact. I can't say enough good things. Thank you.

Incredibly kind, compassionate, and efficient staff! Emily the receptionist is the first warm, friendly face you see in the office and all of my interactions with her have been extremely positive and helpful. Dr. Teav and the other staff are also very friendly and supportive, working with me on finding the right treatment for me that got rid of the 3 fairly large warts on my foot! Thank you Ottawa Foot Care! I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone needing foot care services, they really make you feel like family here

Had an excellent experience with this clinic. Dr. Whyte is really friendly and explained treatment options in a way that was easy to understand (and not too scary for a teenager). Really supportive approach throughout the appointment and procedure. Clinic was very clean and organized. Highly recommend.

Office was spotless clean! Staff was friendly and helpful. Had an appointment with Alex. He was professional, friendly and took the time to explain everything about my condition in terms i understood. He provided options for treatment and sent me home with a page of helpful information and websites to review. 100% will recommend to family and friends.

Alex Whyte was a pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and got me fitted for some custom orthotics. The secretary (forgot her name) was also amazingly helpful and created an easy to submit package to claim against my insurance. Would recommend for anyone looking for help for foot related issues.

Dr. Levy saw me promptly when I was in pain and was very thorough, explaining everything clearly. When I needed an urgent follow-up, he made time in his fully booked schedule to see me. The procedure was nearly painless and I felt better the next day. He monitored my progress and followed up throughout my treatment, going above and beyond. His knowledge and care are unparalleled, and I trust him completely. I cannot recommend Dr. Levy enough!

I’ve had an ingrown toe nail for about 3 months now and told myself I would never go to anyone else again after seeing Dr. Levy. His humour helped me calm down for the anaesthesia and he explained everything he did during the surgery (of which I felt NOTHING). I’ve been in pain and had reoccurring ingrowns for years. I will never see another Podiatrist. He did amazing and made me feel a whole lot better. Sincerely from the bottom of my heart, thank you Dr. Levy.

Dr Levy treated and operated on my ingrown toenail. He is clearly extremely competent and knowledgeable in his field. He took the time to explain each step of the process, and was also very reassuring during the operation. He has a charming sense of humor, and I will definitely be returning if I have any more foot issues!
