The most caring staff on the planet. They have helped me with medication refill, vaccines, and other requests many times for many years and there was not one instance that I left without a big smile. The staff and doctors at this pharmacy should be the role model for all the service providers. Thank you all for being exceptional.

Quick, friendly and reliable service. Products ordered arrived two days ahead of schedule, and we are half way across the country! Fair pricing and great shelf life, too. I highly recommend for all of your pharmacy needs. These are great people who truly provide passionate customer service.

Madhav was a great support in getting my insurance sorted. I've had issues with other pharmacies unable to help out, but I'll definitely be coming here next time - thanks to him! It was my first time at this Shoppers and Madhav was reliable and resourceful in getting the information and successfully putting through my insurance. The prescription was quick and easy to pick up ! I am grateful to his kindness.

The Pharmacy here was very helpful and the pharmacist that spoke with me about my jaw pain was very helpful. His name is Dr Sarosh Told me the steps I need to take and how long the medicine should kick in to relieve my jaw pain, which is very helpful. Just all the way around excellent service.

We can call this pharmacy as a super service pharmacy, owner, manager, and staff working in an expert professional way to help everyone, the pharmacist Lubna, giving the greatest health advice and lifestyle changes to change your woriest condition to the best. My advice for everybody is to dispebse and get medical counseling not only for Ottawa patients but for all over Canada. highly appreciated.

This is a very family friendly pharmacy. The Pharmacist takes her time to make sure you understand the medication she has given you. Since Covid I had a hard time dealibg with my depression and pains I was able to talk with Lubna and she sat and took the time with me and offered me services I could use. If your a patient here this is an amazing pharmacy.

The visit to the pharmacy is because there is pain in my eye. They called the specialist doctor and he spoke to me by phone and prescribed the treatment. Thank you to the management of the pharmacy and the clinic.
