I came to Ahmad @ Vitality Physiotherapy with a very painful and frustrating IT band injury. He was so professional and easy to work with and created a very effective treatment plan to get me back to playing soccer, pain free. This was my first physiotherapy experience and it was highly successful. I’m so grateful to Ahmad for getting me back out on the field and highly recommended his physio services.

Ahmad was an amazing physiotherapist. One of the best I’ve had as an athlete. His attention to detail and care as well as providing a detailed plan for my foot injury was amazing to see and when following his plan I was able to recover in the perfect amount of time. His support and care of the process is amazing and would definitely say he’s one of the best physios in the city. Go see Ahmad and his amazing staff.

Mrs. Barbara Stefanska is an excellent physiotherapist with vast professional experience. Upon my arrival, Barbara assessed my complicated and chronic condition very accurately and immediately drew and applied a plan for my treatment. Only after 3 visits and prescribed exercises one of my chronic conditions disappeared completely :) and the remaining ones (also a chronic problem) improved significantly. With every visit and complying with prescribed exercises, I see a big improvement. We are well into conquering the remaining chronic conditions. In addition to the highest professional standard, Barbara is a very caring person who makes you feel welcome and treats you with a big smile. I recommend Activa physiotherapy to anyone.
