APPLETREE MEDICAL GROUP REVIEWS

Excellent treatment by Dr Kaushik and staff at this clinic. The patients of this walk-in clinic (many of whom are regulars, I learned) have a custom of arriving very early before the clinic opens and sitting in the lounge furniture in front of the Rexall pharmacy, and at 8:30 when staff unlock the doors, they swarm the doors and form a chaotic line to check in. If arriving early to this clinic, I recommend standing behind the sign indicating where the line forms, to avoid confusion. Despite this chaos, I was able to register and was seen by Dr Kaushik within a very reasonable amount of time.

Dr. Kaushik is simply the best. I have seen him over the last 10 years for a variety of health issues and I always walked out of the clinic feeling better. He never rushes through the session and takes genuine interest in your well-being. The assistants there also seem very well trained and efficient at what they do. I'm extremely grateful for all the treatments I've received from Dr. Kaushik and his staffs.

Honestly for a walk in, this one is pretty good. This clinic is fully inside and has lots of seating. The staff are actually really nice and are trying their best.

I am new in the country, with OHIP and no family doctor till date, this place was recommended to me by a friend. So like you, I read all the reviews. First things first..I met two receptionists. They were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The appointment booking process was smooth. Due to Covid I opted for a phone appointment and on the designated time and day, I received a call from Dr. Dion. He was extremely professional, helpful, explained everything in detail, listened to my concerns and told me about the next steps. He was knowledgable and yet very humble.

The nicest experience ever!! The receptionist was wonderful and answered all my questions without any hesitation...Dr. Matthew Dionne was attentive, kind and patient - listened to my complaints and symptoms - I didn't feel rushed at all...I would so recommend this clinic - and Dr. Dionne thank you so much.

The Doctor is better than most I've sent, personal, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The administration of lovely ladies are always friendly and smiling, a welcome sight when one is sick or worried. A great choice for anyone seeking urgent care.

RESTORE MEDICAL CLINICS REVIEWS

The clinic used to book appointments over email. Now they have switched to online booking through their website. It's very efficient and easy. The front desk staff are very professional. The doctors are always great. I've had great experience as walk-in patient with Dr Ijeh and Dr Anike. They always accept walk-in patients. There's a lab also in here and a pharmacy. Very limited parking in the area.

Dr. Khaliq is phenomenal. He's thorough, funny, and comforting. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for an appointment with him. I feel like I'm truly being listened to and taken care of.

Combined with a pharmacy, this walk-in and clinic provided service from more than one doctor, and was both concise and well provided. Long line-ups though.
