Thank you to all the wonderful staff at the ottawa tmj clinic. Staff are extremely friendly and go above an beyond explaining everything in detail and the process in how to treat you. They offer great resources for those suffering from stress as well. I have had such a great experience and despite having anxiety, they make you feel comfortable like you're family. Definelty would recommend this clinic. Very organized, very clean facility, and very knowledgeable. Already notice a huge improvement in just 1 month of wearing my guard, and daytime guard. Amazing clinic.Thank you.

SLEEP EFFICIENCY REVIEWS

I would highly recommend using Sleep Efficiency. After finding out my husband could be waiting almost a year for a sleep study in a lab, we contacted Sleep Efficiency. Andrew was quick to reply and set up a phone call. We received the kit (which was very user-friendly) the same day as that call, and both my husband and his doctor had his results within the week. The follow-up was excellent. Andrew explained the results and connected us with a CPAP provider. Andrew has a wealth of experience in the field and is worth the investment!

I wanted to do a sleep clinic but from the comfort of my own home, this service was perfect. Within 3 days I had equipment at my house (in the GTA) to perform a sleep study. Andrew was incredibly informative, helpful and efficient with the process and I received full detailed breakdowns on my study, followed by an analysis with recommendations to improve the quality of my sleep. Would recommend to anyone looking to get some answers and have a better nights rest.

I turned to Sleep Efficiency after being on a waiting list for over a year for a clinical sleep study (of which I would still be waiting for). I wish I had discovered them sooner. From my fist contact with Andrew, to receiving the results was about a week. My results were sent along to my doctor and I have begun exploring the option of CPAP machine to help with my sleep apnea. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service for anyone waiting for a sleep test.

The staff at Inspiration Medic were truly wonderful and compassionate. CPAP therapy is an expensive process but I'm happy to have given my business to them at the Carling location. They walked me through the whole process step by step of getting set up and made it a lot less intimidating to begin therapy.

I was fitted and supplied with an APAP machine after my recent diagnosis. Patrick was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am finally getting the proper sleep and health benefits with the treatment that I am now receiving. Thank you Inspiration Medic!
