Dr. Jane Blouin began her graduate in Psychology at Carleton University, following a Bachelor of Science from the Univ. of Ottawa, where she was awarded the Gold Medal in her faculty. Dr. Jane Blouin developed and managed a number of innovative treatment and research programs addressing both anxiety and depression. Her research was broadly based, including studies in stress and crisis management methods, cognitive therapy for treating eating disorders, psychopharmacological treatment of eating disorders, and stress-related illnesses. Dr. Jane Blouin is providing ongoing and regular guidance to the therapists at the Centre for Cognitive Therapy. Jamie D. Brooks obtained a Master of Science Degree in School Psychology at Southern Connecticut State University. Jamie participated in a one-year internship as a School Psychologist under the supervision of school board affiliated psychologists in Old Lyme. She is a Westboro Psychology Clinical Director who oversees all aspects of the practice, and she ensures high quality, coordinated treatment approaches. She provides psychological services in the fields of assessment, counselling and clinical psychology in Ontario. Jamie's therapy practise uses an integrative approach to treating adolescents and adults (including cognitive and behavioural therapy). Jamie's assessment practise focuses on offering children, adolescents and adults with learning and behavioural differences testing, evaluation and intervention.
