DIMES ENTERTAINMENT REVIEWS

Amazing band that played at our wedding, everyone loved them and they even gave us an encore!! Thank you for making our big day that much more special and bringing the best vibes! They also sang a custom cover for a wedding gift! 10/10 no notes.

I had the great fortune of booking The Dimes for a Mother's Day tea event held in the long term care home that I work at. They were absolutely amazing! Their set list was perfectly curated, their moves inspired residents to get up and dance and we all loved singing along to our favourite song “Whatever Will Be, Will Be (Que sera, sera)”. The joy in the room was so special to witness and I am forever grateful for The Dimes and the light they brought in to our home. I highly recommend booking them for any and all of your events.

Absolutely amazed by their incredible talent. Killer voices, choreography and even costume changes. The Dimes made my 40th birthday one to remember. They were wonderful to work with and very accommodating in creating a set list that got everyone dancing. They are lovely.

SLIXER EVENTS REVIEWS

My company and I are repeat customers of Slixer. I originally signed up for their Virtual Murder Mystery as a team-building activity. It was a wonderful experience. Tarun, Chris, and all the live actors did a superb job of organizing and executing! So much so that I had other teams in the company inquire about them and we ended up running it again for another team.

I was looking to shake up the usual birthday routine for my wife's 35th, after some googling I came across Slixer, so I contacted Chris of the Slixer troupe, we discussed some details and decided that a murder mystery would work for our party of 25 - 30 adults (without tech). I didn't tell any of the guests the plans and they were very surprised. Their plants pretended to be from my company and even fooled my Manager! It was a great evening and everyone had fun! I would very much recommend Slixer for your next event. Cheers, and thanks again Slixer.

We used Slixer for a teambuilding Amazing Race with our internal employees. It was a great way to pair up individuals to work as a team that don't necessarily get to everyday. The attendees had so much fun - and laughed a lot.

THE PHONIX BAND REVIEWS

Hi Phonix, I was in the crowd at PNE yesterday and I wanted to stop by and send a ton of love! I was very much on my way out after an exhilarating day but Red hair girl (I believe she also goes by Red, I’m so sorry!) and the girl who from afar immediately reminded me of Kirsten of Pentatonix (both appearance and her powerful vocals) gave me no choice but to come hang out during the first set! I was immediately captivated by their vocals and passion, followed by every other band member’s talent and passion.

It’s so difficult to elevate “Top 40” songs as they’ve already been beyond overplayed but your guy’s creative talent and love for those songs absolutely made me bop along the entire time! It’s also so unique to incorporate horns to pop music but you guys make it work!! I’m glad you guys are local, and I’ll be looking out for you guys from now on! I hope you guys keep doing this till the end of time.

We had a blast at our 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration because we had the best band ever!! Eric Tsang and the Phonix Band delivered more than our expectations. Eric Tsang on the saxophone was incredible. We rate them a 12/10!!! We highly recommend the Phonix.
