PAN PACIFIC VANCOUVER REVIEWS

This is an iconic landmark. With a postcard perfect picture, this hotel is my favourite and every year I must stay here when I come, not only because is very well kept, clean, but because the staff is the most outstanding people, always accommodating, welcoming you with a big smile, going beyond their duty to fulfill your request, always attentive and kind. Once you are here, is likeocming home. Prime location, steps from downtown, close to restaurants, incredible waterviews. Hot tub, outdoor pool is open year round.Highly recommend it. Thank you so much!!!

Amazing location and staff was fantastic. The front desk made us feel welcomed and appreciated, and valet helped get us in and out quickly. Kids enjoyed the pool and watching the cruise ships. We will be back in the future.

Took my spouse there for her birthday. It was an excellent, clean, spacious, functional hotel, with a spectacular view. We just love the Club Lounge and the luxury of the complementary parking. Absolutely enjoyed our staycation and will definitely go back.

PINNACLE HOTEL HARBOURFRONT REVIEWS

As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by great service and after a 15 hour flight we were very grateful to find out our room was available earlier than allocated check in time. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the water and mountains. Location was convenient for us to walk around and explore Vancouver. We stayed in a Premium Harbourview with Two Doubles.

Location is great, walking distance for all the good restaurants. The view in the restaurant is gorgeous, right beside the harbour. My friend and I spend almost every night relaxing and hanging out there. The front desk, cleaning staff and service staff are all very friendly and helpful. I will come back to stay next time for sure.

It was a great location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly. Well they have a coffee maker in the room, I did ask for an electric kettle and they brought it up right away.

My colleagues who live in the hotel mentioned the rooms are very nice and clean. The food serveries would come to the table and check out the satisfaction which also putting another layer of quality assurance. The deserts was very soft and with fresh berries. Staffs are diligent, working very hard doing circulating. You don’t need to worry about exchanging the plates and adding water. I was very enjoy for the 3-day convention. Little con. parts on limited bathrooms and elevators. It will be a big line up if more that 400 people having a meeting together. Be prepared.

We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a 2-level suite, thanks to our elite status. The suite was absolutely amazing, the view was phenomenal. The staffs were friendly and professional. In room dining was worth the price. Hotel location is great in the heart of downtown. We enjoyed our stay here and have a great memory. Thank you Hyatt Regency Vancouver!

Great views for our meeting rooms and my hotel room was exactly what I hoped for. Nice breakfast at Mosaic. All the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. I’m always happy to stay at the Hyatt (we honeymooned at the Hyatt in Honolulu and love Olive 8 in Seattle).
