“Vancouver Aquarium is a non-profit organization in Vancouver, BC. The Aquarium is dedicated to conserving marine biodiversity and houses more than 50,000 animals. Visitors can explore the BC Coast Gallery to discover rare and breathtaking species that inhabit the coastal waters of BC, including the Pacific Octopus, affectionately named 'Ceph Rogen.' Established in 1951, the Vancouver Aquarium was founded as the Vancouver Public Aquarium Association. The Vancouver Aquarium covers 9,000 square meters and features 9.5 million litres of water across 166 aquatic displays.
