Hair Stylist Kay and assistant Chloe demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout my visit. I was warmly welcomed with a drink and a delightful chocolates, which set a positive tone for my hair design experience. The scalp treatment was incredibly relaxing. Kay and Chloe also conducted a thorough consultation to ensure that the services catered to my needs, and I appreciated their attention to detail. The haircut turned out excellently, and I felt satisfied with the results. Thank you to Kay and Chloe for making my first visit memorable.

Ji woo does such a great job with my perms! I got a digital perm for long hair/curtain bangs in the past and came back today for a haircut and bang perm! The high quality service is consistent, and the staff is always so thorough and friendly. My experience is always so relaxing and enjoyable - will be back.

Jun was exceptionally good! I have witnessed his growth in this salon and so happy and proud of his work. He was doing my blow outs before and was impressed already by his work. Anna gave me amazing blonde highlights today—she managed to achieve the light color I was looking for without washing out my skin tone. I also got a beautiful layered haircut from Chris. They were both so kind and welcoming. I'm very happy with the result and highly recommend their work.

I absolutely love Suki's downtown! Ashley and Tai are incredible, so talented, professional, and genuinely make you feel taken care of every time. They always know exactly what my hair needs and I leave feeling amazing. Highly recommend them both if you’re looking for the best in Vancouver.

I came here as a hair model for Japanese straightening. It was a very comfortable environment. The stylists were very kind and knowledgeable, they had a great attention to detail. I highly recommend Suki’s.

IS. Salon is my go to hair salon and I have brought in my sister and friends as well. We all love getting our hair done here! The stylists are amazing, the place is very clean and the team makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I usually come in for a cut & style with any stylist available. I recently got my hair done by Jasmine and she is absolutely amazing. She works like magic as the wash & scalp massage was so relaxing especially after a long day of work. She is also the sweetest and definitely knows hair best! The way she cut and styled my hair was something I have never had before and I was completely in love with my new look. The blow out style she did was incredible, I only go for a simple trim and she did exactly what I wanted and more. I highly recommend Jasmine for your hair needs and I will definitely continue to book with her!

Visited is.salon recently and had the privilege of being looked after by Lauren. She was amazing. I had a fab scalp massage and the products used smelled delicious. Lauren was really helpful in terms of guiding me with style choice and was so focused. She patiently showed me how to properly style my new bangs. I love the look and have gotten so many compliments since my hair cut. All of the staff were super friendly and the salon is very welcoming. This was my favourite salon experience I’ve had in my three years in Vancouver. Thanks so much Lauren!

First off i would like to say i have been coming here for years, it was recommended to me by a friend. Let me tell you some of the reasons they are so fantastic and why i keep coming back! When you walk in you are greeted by the friendliest people making you feel comfortable and at home, Christine is a gem at the front desk. They have wonderful beverage offerings and awesome luxurious smelling shampoos. Karen my amazing hair stylist has listened to me and my crazy ideas with patience and guided me with her expert opinion. Her expertise and experience make me feel like a million dollars when i walk out of there. I truly have so many great things to say about IS Salon and will keep coming back again and again.
