Staff was great about the online order I placed over the weekend- They were unable to fulfill the exact arrangement I ordered due to delivery deadline. They did contact me first thing Monday morning and gave me some options and came up with a beautiful arrangement for my friends first day in a new job! Will definitely order from this florist again. Thank you for being so accommodating, my friend LOVED the flowers.
This is a very accommodating Florist Shop. I communicated with Angie remotely (Ontario) to deliver some flowers in Kamloops. And the day after the purchase and before the delivery, I needed to make a change to the delivery date Angie was awesome to take care of everything. Secondly, the receiver of flowers was very happy.
Such pleasant people and they went above and beyond and delivered flowers for me for a very special time. So happy!!
