Thank you Derek. And Jen, Jordyne and Lin at the Howard Studio and Tracey at the Tecumseh Rd E Studio. You are all amazing coaches! Ewyn is a perfect program for me. And it can be for you too, if you are willing to change your habits and improving your life for the better. The program works if you follow it and listen to suggestions the coaches offer. It can be a struggle at times, but hey "that's life". I've had my share of stuggles, but I'm confidently down 50 pds and am pround of my accomplishment thus far. And feel amazing.

This has been an exciting journey. The coaches have been incredibly helpful. I have tried every diet weightloss and exercise program out there and this is finally working for me. Just do what they tell you and you cant help but succeed. Thank you Ewyn you have changed my life. Mary Bezaire.

I cannot thank the team of the Windsor studio for their dedication and professionalism. I have a new relationship with food and have learned to remove the fear of eating.
