So happy I made the decision to start seeing Melanie at Solera! She's extremely knowledgeable, helpful and really takes the time address your bodies' health needs. I have had tremendous success so far with the metabolic balance program and genuinely enjoy going for followups as I continue to learn so much! Billie at the front desk is also just a wonderful person! She's always so cheerful and pleasant, I always leave with a smile on my face thanks to these to amazing women.

Best choice I ever made was to go to Solera. Melanie is awesome and so supportive. Billie (her assistant) always has a great smile and is so helpful. Having a food plan that is designed specifically for ME is the best!! Slow and steady weight loss....and fast increased energy and better health. Don't waste another day if you want to be the best you can be. We have one body for our whole life. Take care of it and enjoy life.
