Great customer service! I didn't actually end up getting my chest freezer repaired here, but had the problem diagnosed over the phone by a very helpful individual. They took the time to explain that the compressor was dead, and the reasoning behind it. It saved me the $125 diagnostic fee, when they could have easily come and charged me. Appreciate the honesty!
