Davidson Hearing Aid Centres

I have been going here for about 3 years, I think. Every audiologist I have had has been very nice and understanding. My last visit was good. Even though they did not have clear masks, they had a speech to text app ready for me so it’s great that they had an alternative as I was nervous about communication upon my arrival. Hopefully get clear masks soon to facilitate lip reading for those who need it. My appointment was very informative. This time around I decided to ask more questions to understand my hearing loss better and Julie took the time to answer all of my questions that I had. Thank you, Julie.

For some reason, my late husband's name has come up as the poster, and I can't seem to change it. This is now Sylvia Spasoff writing. I am on my second pair of hearing aids from Davidson, and this pair is even better than the last. They are expensive, but I had a strong recommendation from two friends who had been using their aids for years. I thank Julie L. and the nice man in the office over in Barrhaven for that. But I was having lot of trouble with insurance reimbursement, and Mary Garneau on Bank St, was very patient and helpful, both to me and my daughter, and we were successful in the end getting the payment. Excellent and sympathetic service.

I'm writing in response to the review left below by Sue Caillier. What she wrote is not accurate and wasn't her place to do it on my behalf. I am that 96 year old lady and the service that I have received from Davidson's Hearing Aid Centre has been nothing but exemplary. They have looked after my family for generations and I am very happy with them. I couldn't recommend them more.
