CARSTAR Ottawa South Centre (Myers)

Took my car in last November after hitting a deer. They did a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased. Frankly the car looked better (inside and outside) than before the deer collision! They are courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend! Special thanks to Louise who managed the repairs.

CARSTAR was recommended by my insurance company after I had car damage from a large block of ice falling on my car. From the get-go, they were amazing. Chelsey was quick to get an appointment set up and was great about communicating with me about progress. They were extremely understanding about me not being able to pick up my car immediately after it was done since I was in the hospital delivering a baby. My car was given back to me in amazing condition. They even took the time to detail it! I couldn't recommend them enough. In fact, my husband's car was damaged during the derecho and will be taking his car there to get fixed.

Friendly service and clean job. I also really enjoyed that they did a full detailing of the car once it was done afterwards as well.
