I wasn't quite ready for him to be there (he was right on time) and he actually helped me to move furniture and pack it into my van before he got started on the job. This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. Technician was professional and friendly and our carpets turned out amazing. The cleaning technique left our carpets dry in 90 minutes. Definitely will use them again and for our upholstery.
