We needed to upgrade our electrical panel and I contacted CBS after I heard the company from a friend. I googled them and found good reviews and contacted the company. Mike came over and looked at the existing panel, discussed the plan then provided us an estimate. We decided to go with CBS after reviewing two quotations for the following reasons; Mike is great to deal with, professional, answered my questions and provided honest opinion and suggestion. He is very responsive and got us scheduled right away and arranged the work involved with BC Hydro. We are very happy with the service their team provided. Their journeyman, Brian did the work and was also nice to deal with. We will be looking to get heat pump installed soon and will definitely contact them again. Highly recommended for Victoria residents looking for home electrical services.

Dealing with CBS was a great experience. Wes made contact and set up the appointment shortly after I emailed. Kent arrived on time and was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He determined the issue with my in floor heating, worked some magic with the breaker panel and the thermostat and voila! My floor is warm again. I would not hesitate to recommend CBS Electric, Wes and Kent.
