Currently have my membership here, been here before and it's very clean & comfortable, lunk alarm has never gone off in my time here & everyone stays respectful. Not sure if they have a family room / gender friendly room to change and shower but none the less good clean equipment.

Great facility, clean, lots of machines, and usually not too busy. Had to cancel my membership because I now live across town, and it was the most painless process ever. Highly recommended.

Good place to workout. There is no free weights but all the other basic equipments are present. Try to avoid evenings as the gym can get a little crowded during that time.
