Howard Fine Jewellers

I have gone to Howard over the past couple of years to get my watches serviced and consider them far and away the best jewelers in Ottawa. The staff is warm and inviting and genuinely interested in you enjoying your jewelry. While my experience with many other jewelers has been that they are only interested in you when you while you are buying, this certainly isn't true at Howard. Whether I am there to adjust or service my watches, or simply browsing, the entire team is genuinely friendly and takes time to check in on me and see how I'm doing, always offering me coffee or tea. I also highly recommend Sonja specifically to anyone looking for watches or other jewelry in Ottawa due to her kindness and professionalism. For instance, while I was getting a watch bracelet sized at Howard last week, Sonja overheard me talking about how much I wanted a Tudor Black Bay 54 and how I was unable to find one due to how in-demand they are. To my surprise, and despite the fact that I did not have an appointment with her, Sonja immediately brought me aside and let me know that they had just gotten one in stock and that she would be happy to let me try it on. Sufficed to say I was so happy with how it looked on my wrist that I am now its proud owner! Overall incredible experience.

Most Amazing Experience!! Sonja was the best. I’ve always dreamed of owning a Rolex. From trying on the different models she guided me into the brand explaining the process and company history. I’ve bought luxury watches in the past but nothing comes close to the excitement of opening my own little green box. Looking forward to future purchases on the jewelry side. Thanks again

Frank can find the perfect match for my mother-in-law, my husband and me. We are all very impressed with his excellent sense of aesthetic and colour combination.
