Empire Deck and Interlock

In April, I started to look for a good company to do interlock. I google searched, then Empire Deck and Interlock caught my attention, their reviews are good, their completed projects are impressive on picture. I simply booked a free consultation on their website. In the meantime, I got a few quotes from other companies. It’s not so easy to decide for a big project. In the end, I decided to choose Empire to get the interlock done in front of my house. Now the project is finished. My neighbors gave the project a thumbs up and said “It’s nice” when they walked by, I am very happy about their job and the decision I made. I like their team, sales, design, dig, interlock, deck, each team does their job in a timely manner, communicating well, my mom watched them doing the job, she doesn’t speak English, she communicated with them by gestures, and they were very patient with my mom, and made my mom very happy. When we wanted to change anything, they listened to us, and tried to meet our expectations, even re-do some jobs. Many thanks to Brian and his interlock team, sorry for the interruption during Bell green box issue, otherwise the project should have been done in less than a week. I’m very pleased with the entire process and would strongly recommend them to friends with no hesitation.
