I have been a patient of Ottawa Osteopathy & Sports Therapy for a few years for multiple injuries, and made use of their osteopathy and massage therapy. Whenever I came in, I got a clear explanation of what the problem is, received manual treatment that gave immediate relief, and was given a detailed list of exercises to help with long-term recovery.
