We had our aging hot water heaters replaced today. Ben, our technician, went above and beyond in walking us through the choices available, quotes for the work, and did the actual work in a very efficient manner, with no mess to clean up, and hot water ready to use by suppertime! After having concerns about the merger with 360, and some of the accounting issues afterwards we have had our faith in Super Plumber restored thanks to Ben! We will be lifelong customers now.

We had Ben come to look at an issue we had with our faucet. He arrived quickly and worked efficiently while he was here. Was friendly, well kept, and professional throughout. He knew his way around the issue very easily and we felt he did a quick and effective job of finding and solving the problem. Would recommend to anyone looking for good fast work for a fair price.
