We have multiple locations that Price's alarm monitors. Recent office install by Dale went smoothly and efficiently. He was on time and was on-site until everything was perfect and explained the use of the new system. He knows his stuff. The week before Tony did some alarm maintenance work and upgrades at another location and was able to get everything updated. He was neat, tidy, professional and a nice guy. Thanks for the great service.

We recently transferred from Paladin to Prices because Paladin sold their residential services to Telus and we were no longer happy. Dale the very qualified installer arrived yesterday to do the changeover and he was excellent. He was prompt, knowledgeable, very experienced and thorough. We are now set up with Price's and would highly recommend them.

Price's Alarm sales rep Steve was very friendly and professional. His punctuality during appointments is commendable. He was very knowledgable and clearly answered all my questions about the different alarms and security equipments that Price's can offer. He was able to set up an appointment for installation of our alarm system quite quickly. I'm very satisfied with overall customer service provided!
