I had an emergency situation at my home and no one could come out, tried many places. Called Save-on, they were also short drivers as they had two people call in sick (like everywhere these days). She called one of the drivers and they said they would make the time. When the young guy arrived, he was so extremely pleasant and professional. Turns out I needed a new pump and the yard was flooding. He called the office to get a pumper truck to our house, however they couldn't accommodate as everyone was busy. This young guy said to me, I can't leave you like this till tomorrow. He drove back to Duncan from our home in Shawnigan, grabbed a pumper truck and drove back to Shawnigan, pumped out the excess so he could actually access the pump, pulled the pump out, put a new one in and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend this company!

Can’t thank this company enough for their speedy, response to our “emergency”. From Jen in the office to Nick who came to pump out our tank, this team exemplifies great service and professionalism. They worked late today to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone. Thanks again.
