The check-in process and waiting room set-up are both quite deficient at the location, but the actual care received from the health professionals does not disappoint. Both the nurse and Dr. Kaushik who saw me for my appointment yesterday were total class acts, very professional and pleasant. I wish Dr. Kaushik was my family doctor!
I’d give Dr. Kaushik 10 stars if I could. Unlike most walk-in clinic doctors he doesn’t rush and seems to genuinely care. Wait times are long, arrive early and just come back when they text you.
I had my first appointment. The dr was great. He was knowledgeable, thorough and had a good bed side manner.
