PranaShanti Yoga Centre

I've been doing yoga for years because I knew it was good for me but I only started enjoying it when I came here. Such a nice studio, nice staff, also had a great massage here. Christine is the best, highly recommend her classes. My friends and I almost exclusively do her classes, they're well explained, good flow, and she's so sweet. Love this place.

I really enjoy the diversity of the classes offered and the wide range of class times! Great customer service from the front desk staff too. I also highly recommend their massage therapist, Pam! She does wonders.

I started back at PranaShanti in July and have not looked back since. I am grateful for the caring and professional atmosphere in this Yoga studio. Every teacher I have had has been knowledgeable about their craft and willing to sharing their time and information with those who wanted it. Thank you Devinder for putting together this great team.
