3 Best Animal Removal in Surrey, BC

So grateful for Dan, who took my call after our dog discovered a baby squirrel sleeping inside of one of our patio pillows! Mama squirrel came rushing to tell us off, but Dan instructed me by phone on what to do to help get the little guy safely somewhere for mama to relocate him. Dan offered me to contact him if I had follow up questions afterwards by text, but within seconds of me transporting the baby squirrel based on his instructions, mama took her baby and ran off. I didn’t want to work with a random animal control company that would disturb this baby squirrel or harm it, but Dan saved me $400 that another company quoted me when I was in panic mode. Dan didn’t have to go out of his way to help me, but his knowledge, experience, and trust in how wild animals operate truly helped ease my anxiety. The next time I have any issues with wild animals getting a little too comfortable in my home, I’ll be calling Dan again in a heartbeat.

We called Dan at Summit Wildlife Solutions because we had a problem with mice. We live in a townhouse and our strata council was clearly not doing a very good job at preventing mice. We called Dan, and he came in and gave us advice, talked strategy, laid a whole bunch of traps, and our mouse problem was cleared up in no time. Dan even went above and beyond by checking in with us a few days later to see how things were going (and we're still mouse-free!) Thanks, Dan. We heard from our neighbours that they were still having problems so we recommended Dan to them, too.

Dan got back to me as soon as I left a message he was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough and very nice to do business with. Better yet the squirrels are gone from my attic. I would highly recommend him. A happy, satisfied customer.

Phillip from Pest Detective has been coming to our house for over 5 years now, He knows our place but always checks to see if we have any problem areas. One year, I was trying to catch a rabbit that had gotten into the garage. He got it out and put it back in the bushes. I had a problem with ants getting in side. He figured out where they were coming in and took care of the problem, my grandkids were over that day and he took time to show them where they were coming from and explained about ants. Best service I have had . The company guarantees their work and will come back if you still have problems. I highly recommend Pest Detective.

Quick amazing and professional service. They provided a window of arrival which unfortunately slightly overlaps a meeting, however I communicated that with them the night prior which they replied stating they would add to the notes. The inspector sent me a txt with the ETA of arrival. He arrived a bit early but understood I was in a meeting and waited, which I truly appreciate. He was very professional and treated surrounding areas that could potentially be a concern as well. Thank you David from pest detectives.

I have always had an excellent experience with Pest Detective. They can be counted on to take care of the issues I cannot, with any pest problems. Always courteous, on time, thorough, and explains options in any situation. Also have good recommendations for what the homeowner can do to mitigate problems. I recommend Pest Detective.
