Dales was able to fit me in for an alignment for my lowered vehicle which other shops weren't able to do. I had expected a long wait but they not only fit me in but had it done same day. Lots of updates were given throughout the process. Dales is a long drive for us, but well worth it and we will definitely be repeat customers.

Great customer service. The problem with the air conditioner in my Subaru was diagnosed quickly and a cost estimate for the repair and time frame to get fixed was clearly communicated. My vehicle was ready for pick up at the end of the day and I paid exactly what was quoted. Wish I had known about this place a long time ago.

Fantastic service! Tyler went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and painless. They took extra care talking with me about what issues I was coming in with and their knowledge about my type of SUV was extensive. I never felt pressured into any extra repairs or additional services I didn’t need. All require repairs were explained in depth so I understood every charge prior to billing. I would wholeheartedly recommend Valley Auto.

I found OPA to be artisans of their craft. I was greeted warmly and a thorough diagnostic of my vehicle was done to identify any other issues than just the timing belt that needed replacing. Staff were always courteous, helpful and friendly. Am extremely pleased with the work they performed on my vehicle. Ocean Park Automotive was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed with their service. Everything was done in a timely manner and at the end of the service my car was washed and cleaned. Three days later I stopped by to change some of my settings on the dashboard.
