Absolutely amazing service, saved my day and wallet. I called EZ locksmith to help me get into my car when my roadside assistance couldn’t help me. They showed up within 10 minutes and tried multiples solutions until it eventually worked. AI was my technician - genuinely amazing guy. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Had to get a key cut for work and no store was able to cut it for me, EZ Locksmith was able to cut the key for a good price and on very short notice. He was fast, efficient, kind, and knew his stuff. Highly recommend for any of your locksmith needs, you won't be disappointed.

We requested EZ locksmith to change locks on our new home however, it was no longer required. They were so kind and understanding about it. So easy going, great customer service. Would hire them/recommend them if ever needed again.

Old school customer service! I took my key in to be duped. The guy (probably the owner) was in the middle of cutting it when the phone rang. It sounded like a request for a callout or something, but he took the caller's number and promised to call back when he'd finished with me. That used to be how customer service worked; serving the folks who actually come in to your business. Pretty rare these days, it seems. Then, he wasn't sure the key would work, so he told me to try it and pop back in to pay if it did. I offered to pay, but he wouldn't take my money. Wow! This guy should be teaching a course in customer loyalty. The key works, by the way.

Great place to get your keys cut. Had my 2015 Chevy Cruze keys cut for new key fobs. Great customer service. Owner made sure keys worked properly before letting me go. Highly recommend this shop. Brian.

COASTAL LOCK & KEY REVIEWS

Took some odd end keys that I purchased from out out country and asked if they could be cut for my older vehicles , went in the morning and was dealt with efficiently, and was reassured that if my key didn’t function as it should go promptly bring back the cut key for adjustment, will return again with another round of keys for sure.

The service is just beyond anybody’s expectations. Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Adrian gave me a few solutions to my problem, I picked one and didn’t regret. He personally went out to my car to check if the key and fob was working properly, with doors, trunk and ignition. Highly recommended.

Everytime i have been in there i have gotten excellent service. I thought i needed a key coded which would of cost alot threw honda but when i talked to them it didn't need anything just needed a new key which they just took the old chip out and putted it in the new key.
