My husband and I have been using Basant for our last 2 vehicles, and my husband used them before we got married for a few other vehicles. They have been AMAZING!!!....They have bent over backwards to get us the best financing, and the best vehicles. They have gone to bat for us with the banks to help us get into the vehicle that best suits are family and our needs. They have helped us rebuild our credit, and have helped us plan for the future. I am so thankful for their patience, and hard work. They have always come through for us. We just left there today, with our new 2022 Ford Explorer, and we are so happy. We will be back in a year or so to trade up again:) No pressure team, very friendly, welcoming, and familiar faces. Thanks so much!!!

Great service. Didn't feel pushed and felt free to express what liked and not liked about the cars they showed me. Tested a few options, walked freely without being followed and Mitch, Sid and Karen were super helpful and honest. They didn't hide anything from me when telling me about the car or the payments. Their sales associate Mandy worked with me to find the right car in my price range and the best price possible, she was very helpful. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a reliable used vehicle!

Just bought a Hyundai Elantra 2018. Nice car. Low mileage. The guys who made the deal happened are Shanky and Alex. They helped me to get approved without a Credit History in Canada. So, I strongly recommend them both, as well as Mainland Express! You will not regret! One of the best dealerships around Vancouver.
