TOM'S SEWING REVIEWS

I took my sewing machine here to fix because it was leaking oil. I forgot to bring the electric cord and foot paddle but the staff there just used the cables they had in the store because they sell Janome and my sewing machine was made by Janome. They looked at my machine carefully and think nothing is really wrong with it but offered to keep the machine so the owner Tom could look at it. It turns out the previous technician I hired to service the machine put too much oil in it. They didn’t charge me for this inspection which was fantastic. I feel bad for getting free service so I bought some fabric from them. Overall the service was excellent, staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I went there with my 5 yo daughter and she was running around (I stopped her many times but you know it’s hard with a 5 yo), staff didn’t get upset and still very friendly to us.

Love this store and their staff! I have found them all to be kind, helpful and friendly. I bought my Janome Embroidery Machine from them last year and I love it so much! Such an amazing machine and a really good price. The value for my money was excellent. A year later I'm still very happy with it.

Dana gave a 2 hr introductory class for my new Singer sewing machine. She gave very practical and comprehensive advice. She also managed to create a relaxed and positive atmosphere. Thank you.

I just had the best experience at fabricland Surrey. I met Barbara k and I have never had such good service to date. She did a big job for my motorhome today and she not only was professional but what a sweetheart. I can't say enough about this amazing lady. Barbara k thank you so much. I would go no where else, and we could use more of Barbara k in this world.

To enjoy buying at a reasonable price all year round,be a member and u will be surprised at how cheap some stuffs are compared to buying outside the store.

Awesome staff very helpful. Rhonda was great. I will be back.

CASTLE'S SEWING CENTRE REVIEWS

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Cannot recommend Castle enough esp for their service department. Had my vintage Pfaff 7570 in twice at Granville for tune up/repair and each time got it back sounding worse than before. Was told about Castle so figured nothing left to lose. Got him back yesterday and he is literally purring. Hasn’t sounded this good for years - indeed he’s sewing like he did when I first got him AND they charged less! Thank you so so much to everyone at Castle (esp the mechanics/techs). Outstanding service at very very fair prices. Am so relieved there is still someone capable of servicing my machines. If you need a tune up or repair go to Castle. You won’t be disappointed!

Great service! I called to get my Serger serviced and was given an appointment day with a turn around of less than a week. All went exactly as planned and the staff are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend Castle. ( For me, worth the drive compared to 10+ week wait elsewhere where I had to drop my machine off & leave it or lose my place in line) Castle, I will be back!

Lori is one of the best sales representatives, had an opportunity to visit this store, and she is super professional and guided us through the process very professionally.
