I recently purchased furniture for my new home from MJM Furniture and received exceptional service. Nirmal, the customer service representative, exceeded my expectations with his attentiveness. He assisted us with measurements and provided detailed explanations. The manager was also very kind. Despite our late evening visit and the store’s closing time approaching, the manager did not rush us and generously allowed an extra 15-20 minutes after closing to patiently answer all our questions. Furthermore, they coordinated delivery and assembly services. Ranjan and Yudhvir arrived at our place and impressively installed all the items within 30 minutes, which was astonishing. Their friendliness and professionalism were noteworthy. Overall, my experience with MJM Furniture was outstanding, and I extend huge kudos to the entire team. I highly recommend this store for any furniture needs—you won’t regret your decision.

I am very happy with their greeting and offers they provided me. Mr Satnam dealt with me today and provided me very good deal of furniture. I was about to leave but he really gave me good deal and arranged delivery and everything on affordable rate. Highly recommended.

Purchased a king size bed and mattress from the place on King George. Nikita went above and beyond to show me all the options and discuss pricing. Compared a couple of the reps there, she was not pushy or ruthless. Very professional and I will make sure I send my friends to her. I told her that I would not post a google review unless I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. As you can see, I am. I hope the rest of the crew learn that it's not about a commission or how pushy you can be. It's about being professional and asking the right questions. Also listening to your customer helps too.
