Our main renovation was of our main floor consisting of a powder room, two focal walls with fireplaces, a kitchen, an upper bathroom and some cosmetic facelift throughout the main floor, staircase and railings. Before deciding on Square One, we looked into two other companies. All of theses companies including Square One were friendly and personable but Square One stood out with respect to their process and quote. Jordon went through their process with us and gave us a more detailed initial quote. He is knowledgeable and informative. Once we decided on Square One, their project managers Joey and Kevin were up front and took care of our requests and concerns in a timely manner. The entire demolition and construction team were all pleasant and considerate to us as we were living in the basement suite throughout the entire renovation. Their team all have their individual strengths that contributed to our project. The various trades people that Square One chose to involve in our project did an incredible job. From Katie our designer who laid out the blueprint to our vision to Nathan (Tiler) who is an extremely talented artist, Ben & co (Painter), Ryan & co (Electrician) and Les & co (cabinetry) all helped update and refresh our home. Our home went from an old fashion beige/oak look to an industrial farmhouse crisp clean look, which we are ecstatic about! During this whole renovation process, we realized that no project can run perfectly, but Joey and Kevin were great at helping us understand and navigate thoughout with weekly updates (via a building App) and in person checkins

You’re in good hands if you choose Square One Construction! Last year my wife and I chose Square One to do a top to bottom complete renovation on our townhouse, while we were away at our Condo in Mexico ! Everything including moving walls !
