John our Estimator was awesome right from the get go, he came out to assess the damage on our 2024 Lexus F350h and true to his word called me within the hour with a quote and a timeline to schedule the vehicle for repair. Everything went like clockwork, the vehicle was repaired for exactly as quoted and you'd never know anything had happened. We could not be happier. My car looks great!! I was kept informed about the work being done. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful with getting me a rental car. Very happy all round.

Simmi's team did an amazing job on our car. Someone drove us into the barrier on hwy 17. Both side mirrors taken off, rims gouged, tire torn, body damage and scratches. We just got our car back and it took a week for them to get parts, install, fix the body work, installed new tires and fixed all 4 rims. Our car has been repaired here a few times and every time we have had fantastic results. Simmi accepts tow ins and is icbc certified, we are lucky, every other body shop said they do not accept tow ins and the expected finish date for our car would of been around September or after. I had a great experience here! The staff was knowledgeable, especially Raj. The technicians were skilled and efficient. My car was involved in crash and it was damaged immensely. But sudden impact made sure they can repair it without any further delays. Before calling sudden I contacted several repair shops the wait time was at least 3 weeks to 1 month. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my car’s issue with in 3 days.I highly recommend this shop for their exceptional customer service and quality work. I had an accident and I called so many places for ICBC repair, all places told me that they are busy and I need to make appointment for estimate, some places told me that I will get my car fixed no less than 5 to 6 weeks. I walked in to the sudden shop and Raj was super nice, he was very helpful and took the car to get fixed right away and gave me a rental car to use. I got my car fixed and super clean in 5 days.
